Looking for someone to sublease my 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment at Diamond Lakes. $770 a month, water included. It's newly renovated with bowl sinks, new appliances and a washer/dryer hookup. Utilities generally run me $60-$70 a month. Neighbors are all polite and quiet, located right next to the swimming pool. Lease would end April xxxx. Message for pictures or with questions.
